Research was developed within the project „Integrated Tourism Offer“ with the aim to obtain the insight into the tourist attractions in croos border region in Nisava, Pcinja, Kyustendil and Pernik districts. The task of the research is to locate the tourist attractions promoting natural, historic and cultural heritage of the districts. Along with the locations of the mentioned sites, the research contains information such as number of tourist organizations, hosts history and heritage background (common myths and legends) leading to the tourist attractions. The content of the research is the study of the tourist attraction locations, common heritage and tradition in the targeted area of the cross – border region based on the results obtained through the data analysis with accurate information and indicators. Methodology used in research included individual and group sessions with local people, especially old people, guardians of tradition and heritage in cross border region.
