Only five minutes away by car is an ancient chapel in the rocks dating back to the 6th century. As the legend goes during the Turkish slavery a fugitive saint called Saint Petka found her shelter in the chapel while running away from the Turks. She knew that they were chasing her and baked a bread for herself, but because of the fire and smoke the chasers tracked her and she had no other option but to run away again. Just before leaving she took a bit of the bread. Later when the Turks arrived and made an attempt to get a piece of the bread it turned into stone and until now it remains inside the chapel.
