A team meeting was held in the office of the project lead partner AzBuki situated in the city of Nis in period from 09th to 10th August 2021.
The participants have been the following:
- Slobodan Eftimovski, Project Manager;
- Zaklina Eftimovski, Project Accountant;
- Nikola Manevski, Project Coordinator.
The two days of the event have started with registration.
The main topics have been:
- The overview of the project;
- the past training in Kyustendil;
- the past round table in Nis;
- the past training in Merosina, Nisava district.
During the meeting the following past events were discussed:
- Training for creating and marketing an integrated tourist product in the town of Kyustendil in the period 27th – 31st July 2021;
- Round table for the presentation of the project, as well as the mobile application and the study of the cross-border region, developed under the project in the city of Nis on 2nd August 2021;
- The training for working with online platforms for publishing the selected concepts of integrated tourism products from the first training. The training was held in Merosina, Nisava district in the period 02nd – 05th August 2021.
Discussed were the opinions and the feedback of the participants in the events. They have appreciated the event organization highly.
The design of the book on legends and myths of the cross-border region, developed as part of the study of the region, was discussed at the meeting. Following consensus, the design was sent and approved by the Joint Secretariat of the Programme.
The organization of the upcoming project events was discussed:
- Participation of the team and the participants from the trainings in the Cultural forum “Panagia” in the town of Kyustendil;
- Participation of the team and the participants from the trainings in a festival in the town of Niska Banya;
- In the period 26th – 27th August will be held the last meeting of the team in the city of Nis in order to comment on the finalization of the project and its reporting.
