First project team meeting was held on 12-13th October 2020. In Sofia. Team members from AzBuki and Ministry of tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria were discussed about Plan of activities. Initial dates for the mobilities within the project were set.
Trainings for participants from Cross border region, Round table and participation on International Festivals in both regions are very important for this project and project team members discussed about preparation for the activities.
Agreement between partners is that the main issue about activities with group of participants is to follow safety and health rules of both countries regarding Covid 19 Pandemic. Trainings in tourism and Round table will be held with adhering to all recommendations and regulations of Bulgarian and Serbian Governments regarding the Pandemic.
