Minutes of the Project Team Meeting
for IPA CBC project
“Integrated Tourism Offer”

The project team meeting was held in the Ministry of tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria and Information Centre Sofia in the city of Sofia in period from 21th to 22th July 2021.
The participants have been the following:
- Mr. Slobodan Eftimovski, Project Manager;
- Mrs. Zaklina Eftimovski, Project Accountant;
- Mr. Nikola Manevski, Project Coordinator;
- Mrs. Silvia Vasileva, Project assistant
The two days of the event have started with registration.
The main topics have been:
- Implementation of activities within the project
- Timetable of events in Bulgaria and Serbia
On first day project team members discussed about the implementation of the project, as the deadline of the implementation of events is about one month. Project team came up with timetable which should be discussed next day with Deputy Minister of tourism and contractors. All PP2 procurements were conducted and procurement for events has to be signed as soon as possible.
Meeting of project team members with JS was also scheduled for 22nd of July in JS office in Sofia.
On 22nd of July, Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria meeting were present on the meeting, as well as PP2 contractors for the procurements. Partners agreed on timetable for all remaining activities and meeting with JS went successfully.
Events will be organized according to following timetable:
- Training in BG (Kyustendil) 27-31. July
- Round table RS (Nis) 2.August
- Training in RS 2-5. August
- Festival BG (Kyustendil) 12-16. August
- Festival RS (Niska Banja) 18-21. August
