In the period 18th – 21st August 2021, the project team and 8 participants from Bulgaria and Serbia took part in the Summer Festival in the city of Niska Banja, Serbia.
The day before, on 17th August, Serbian project team have meetings with the representatives of the local municipality of Niska Banja about the preparation on the spot, stand and possibilities for the equipment for participation of the international tourism Summer Festival in Niska Banja
On 18th August 2021 the participation began with arranging and decorating the workplace to present the project and its results. The workplace has been situated on the main street of the city during the local Summer Festival.
Among the participants in the festival have been artisans and merchants of local traditional cultural goods. During all days of the team’s participation, the project has been presented on a screen located near the workplace. Visitors have been acquainted with the results of the project through advertising and information materials.
On 19th August 2021, AzBuki organized for the project team and other participants a sightseeing visit to Jelasnica and Sichevo gorges. The two destinations were represented in the concepts of an integrated tourism offers during the trainings in the town of Kyustendil and the Merosina, Serbia.
A press conference was held in the city of Nis on 20th August 2021 at 12:00, at which the project, the study of the cross-border region, the multimedia and mobile application and the video materials developed on it were presented. The event was widely presented by media.
On 21st August 2021, after participating in the festival, the workplace was cleaned and dismantled.
